Refund Policy

 

At faleave.store, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

 

  • In the same condition as received (unworn, unused, or unaltered).
  • All original tags attached.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at service@faleave.com to request a return. Please include your order number, the reason for return, and photos of the item (if applicable).
  2. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to ship the package.
  3. Important: Items returned without prior approval (i.e., without a return request) will not be accepted or processed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your item immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at service@faleave.com or +86 18675896545 right away. We will assess the issue promptly and arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

 

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., made-to-order designs).
  • Personal care items (e.g., intimate apparel, cosmetics—for hygiene reasons).
  • Sale items or clearance merchandise (marked as “Final Sale”).
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

To quickly receive your desired item, we recommend returning your current item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item separately.

Refund Processing

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved.
  • If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 2 days.
  • Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund, depending on their policies.
