At faleave.store, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- In the same condition as received (unworn, unused, or unaltered).
- All original tags attached.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).
How to Request a Return
- Contact our customer service team at service@faleave.com to request a return. Please include your order number, the reason for return, and photos of the item (if applicable).
- If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to ship the package.
- Important: Items returned without prior approval (i.e., without a return request) will not be accepted or processed.
Damages and Issues

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized items (e.g., made-to-order designs).

- Sale items or clearance merchandise (marked as “Final Sale”).
- Gift cards.

Exchanges
To quickly receive your desired item, we recommend returning your current item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item separately.
Refund Processing
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved.
- If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 2 days.
- Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund, depending on their policies.
